2025/03/25 Liberal Arts Lecture Topic: Only Change is Constant
In this semester, Liberal Arts College sincerely invites Dr. Wei-Ming Chen, Superintendent of Taipei Veterans General Hospital, to deliver the keynote speech for this semester’s Liberal Arts College Lecture.
